All cutting parameters are guideline values and have to be adjusted to the individual situation. To this end, it is especially necessary to ensure<br />

adequate cooling, stable clamping of the workpiece and sufficient machine power. The feed per tooth fz (mm/t) can be reduced to increase the<br />

surface quality on the workpiece and to increase the tool life. If vibrations occur, the cutting speed Vc (m/min.) must also be changed. We recommend<br />

dry or MMS machining for all materials with a tensile strength over 1,600 N/mm 2 . The given feed must always be reduced for drilling or deep (plunge)<br />

operations.<br />
