Antifreeze Fluid Excavation Unit<br />
Add Antifreeze<br />
Follow these steps for overnight or long-term storage of unit during cold weather.<br />
1. Fill antifreeze tank with a propylene-glycol based antifreeze.<br />
2. Ensure that water tank valve is closed.<br />
3. Open antifreeze tank valve.<br />
4. Connect water pressure hose to water lance.<br />
5. Start engine.<br />
6. Move water pump switch to on. If freshwater tank is empty, move to bypass.<br />
7. Squeeze water lance handle and run until antifreeze runs through the water lance.<br />
8. Move water pump switch to off.<br />
9. Close antifreeze tank supply valve.<br />
10. Turn ignition switch to off.<br />
11. Drain water tank completely.<br />
Reclaim Antifreeze<br />
1. Turn water pressure down.<br />
2. Move water pump switch to on.<br />
3. Put end of water lance in antifreeze tank.<br />
4. Squeeze water lance handle and run until water comes out of lance.<br />
5. Move water pump switch to off.<br />
