General Information
“The Draw” is a resident-only randomized registration process. All registration
forms submitted for “The Draw” will be processed in random order. Confirmation
and receipt will be mailed within 5 business days.
• Remember to sign the waiver and include credit card information or a check.
• Seal registration forms in an envelope and write “The Draw” on the outside.
Drop off envelope at one of the community centers listed below – envelopes
must be received by Thursday, February 7th before 5:30pm.
• Clearly indicate alternatives on the summer camp registration form. Duplicate
forms will be disqualified.
• All first-time registrants or current customers who have a new Palo Alto
address must submit proof of residency with registration form. Examples
include a utility bill, driver’s license, lease agreement, etc.
• Staff will begin processing forms on February 8th. Forms will not be accepted
on that day.

Tips for online registration success:
• Request a User ID and Password at any community center or by sending an
email to enjoyonline@cityofpaloalto.org at least one week before registration
begins.
• Visit the website and become familiar with Enjoy Online before registration
begins.
• Enjoy Online registration opens at 8:30am on the first day of registration,
and then is conveniently available 24/7. Please be sure to register prior to the
course start date.
Bring the completed registration form to one of the community centers listed
below.
• Registration forms are processed on a first-come, first-served basis, and
customers who prefer to wait in line will receive confirmation and receipt at
that time.
• Confirmation and receipt will be mailed within 5 business days for customers
who prefer to drop off registration forms.
• Remember to sign the waiver and include credit card information or check.
• Registration forms received prior to February 15th from residents and
February 22nd from non-residents will be returned.

15th from residents and February 22nd from non-residents. All faxes
received early will be returned.
