SUMMER AQUATICS
Water Polo Camp*
Students will focus on fundamentals of the game such as
positions; eggbeater kick; head up freestyle; basic throwing
mechanics and motions through various passing and shooting
drills; rules, offensive and defensive strategy will also be
covered. Students must be able to swim front crawl for 100
yards (4 laps) and tread water for two minutes. This camp
is for 6th, 7th, 8th graders and soon to be freshman in high
school that wish to learn the fundamentals of water polo.
Emphasis is on fun.

Pre-competitive Swim Camp*
For swimmers who have completed Level 6. This class
focuses on the finer points of swim stroke technique.
Participants will learn how to make their strokes smoother
and more efficient. Racing dives and competitive turns will
be taught. Distance swimming and endurance building will
also be emphasized.
