Permission to participate in the following programs, including associated travel sponsored by the City of Palo Alto Community Services Department is given for me and/or child as named below. Withdrawals received less than 4 weeks prior to the start date will not receive a refund. As with our regular withdrawal fee, the customer will have the option to receive the entire camp fee credit on their account, or pay a $15 processing fee per camp, per child, for a refund. Refunds for camps that have been cancelled by the City are always 100% refundable. TRANSFERS: Families will have until 12 noon on the Friday prior to the first day of camp to transfer to another program. Transfers are always subject to space availability and the customer is responsible for any additional program fees.
SUMMER CAMPS PALO ALTO CHILDREN’S THEATRE Palo Alto Children’s Theatre exists to nurture the intellectual, artistic and personal development of children and youth through multi-arts education, performing opportunities and extraordinary theatre experiences. We believe process and product are of equal importance and aim to create excellent theatre for young audiences. Through multi-arts education, Children’s Theatre develops life skills such as critical and creative thinking, cooperation, and aesthetic sensitivity. A theatre and a school, Children’s Theatre provides classes and programming designed to further learning experiences for children and youth. This invaluable teaching tool develops skills and provides a unique opportunity to augment our participants’ theatrical knowledge. All participants must be the stated age by the first class.
