(1) Southwest entered into a definitive merger agreement with AirTran Holdings, Inc. Southwest expects the merger to<br />

be completed in the second quarter <strong>of</strong> 2011.<br />

(2) Continental became a subsidiary <strong>of</strong> United Continental Holdings, Inc. effective October 1, 2010. United <strong>and</strong><br />

Continental are expected to be fully integrated under the United br<strong>and</strong> <strong>and</strong> operate under a single FAA operating<br />

certificate by the end <strong>of</strong> 2011.<br />

(3) Delta <strong>and</strong> Northwest merged on October 29, 2008, with Northwest becoming the wholly-owned subsidiary <strong>of</strong> Delta<br />

since January 1, 2010. The two airlines operate under a single FAA operating certificate.<br />

(4) Lynx commenced service at the <strong>Airport</strong> in December 2007. However, Republic Holdings, the parent company <strong>of</strong><br />

Lynx, has announced its intention to wind down the operation <strong>of</strong> Lynx. Lynx stopped operation on March 30, 2011.<br />
