Applications<br />
<strong>Raychem</strong> -12 Viton molded<br />
parts are designed to be<br />
used in conjunction with<br />
Viton tubing or multiconductor<br />
cable jackets and a suitable<br />
adhesive in <strong>Raychem</strong>’s<br />
System 200. This system<br />
provides excellent resistance<br />
to elevated temperatures<br />
and continuous fuel<br />
immersion. Available in a<br />
wide range of configurations,<br />
-12 molded parts will<br />
operate from -55°C [-67°F]<br />
to 200°C [392°F]. The<br />
standard color is black.<br />
Installation<br />
<strong>Raychem</strong> -12 molded parts<br />
will shrink on the application<br />
of heat above 175°C<br />
[347°F].<br />
Recommended installation<br />
temperature: 220°C [428°F]<br />
