19 Throughout the fieldwork respondents mentioned “counseling” services. In the vast majority of cases this<br />
does not refer to psychosocial support by a trained counselor, but rather as a synonym <strong>for</strong> “advice” or “legal<br />
counsel.” Occasionally psychosocial counseling was also mentioned. However, except when noted, this<br />
support is offered based on personal insights <strong>and</strong> experience rather than <strong>for</strong>mal training.<br />
