coat only as far in advance of the placing of the overlying layer as<br />
required <strong>for</strong> that day's operation. Maintain and protect the tr<strong>ea</strong>ted<br />
surface from damage until the succeeding course of pavement is placed.<br />
3.2.1 Application Temperature <strong>for</strong> Emulsified Asphalt<br />
Between 75 and 130 degrees F.<br />
Furnish samples of bi&ft&nou~aterials <strong>for</strong> testing. Test in accordance<br />
