Accessories for the Suzuki V-Strom
SW-MOTECH V-Strom Center Stand
SW-Motech’s center stands for the Suzuki V-Stroms are
the must-have accessory for sport and adventure touring!
They greatly ease basic maintenance, tire changes, parking,
and bike cleaning. Super-strong steel construction
features typical German design and high engineering
standards. Superb integration with the factory exhaust and
sidestand components. These do not sacrifice lean angle
or clearances.
All hardware needed to mount the centerstand included.
Typically installs using basic hand tools. No welding,
cutting, or drilling required. Tough black powdercoated
finish with some gray fittings or hardware as applicable.
A double-retention spring is included as a safety feature to prevent the centerstand from contacting
pavement if one of the two springs should fail during a ride. Designed to work with OEM components.
We cannot assure fit with aftermarket exhausts or other accessories. Choose either the DL650
or DL1000 center stand. Total center stand weight about 7 pounds (DL650) or 8 pounds (DL1000).

Constructed of thick aluminum for heavy-duty, lightweight
protection. Plate includes side protectors that wrap
around the engine block to provide both bottom and side
protection. The skidplate has a solid bottom without
cutouts. Only two screws need to be removed from the
plate to allow access behind the skidplate to change the oil
and filter.
Installation of the skidplate requires previous installation
of the SW-MOTECH crashbars, sold separately.
The DL1000 skidplate is available in bare aluminum
(shown) or powdercoated black. The DL650 skidplate is
two-tone, black sides and aluminum center section.

larger tubing diameter than the previous
version (26.9mm vs. 21.3mm). They extend
higher up on the side panels for more

Auxiliary Light Mounting Bar
Laser-cut from mild steel and black powdercoated, this
light bar is both strong and attractive. Designed specifically
for PIAA lights, the light bar will accommodate a
pair of PIAA 005, 600 H.I.D., 540, 520, 510, 910, 1100X,
or Cross Country H.I.D. lights. Other brands of lights
can also be installed on the light bar, provided that each
light has a single mounting bolt no larger than 10mm
(3/8-inch) in diameter. Easy to install—nothing needs

Cree High Intensity LED Running Lights
This pair of high intensity LED running lights
come with four “Cree LED emitters” each, and
each LED is focused
with a multifaceted
reflector. The lamps are
also supplied with a
light gauge sheet metal
swivel bracket for easy
mounting just about
anywhere. Kit includes two lamps with mounting
brackets, a small controller box and some additional
wiring with disconnects. The wattage draw
of these lamps is so small, there is no need to wire
them up with a relay, or even a switch for that
matter. Cree LEDs come to us from England
where many UK riders use these lamps, typically
wiring them directly to the battery.
What’s really cool about the controller box in
this kit, is you can wire the box directly to your
battery or fuse block without a switch. When you
start your bike, the controller senses the temporary
voltage drop at the battery and switches the
lights to “on.” After you shut off your bike, the
controller knows this too and shuts down your
Cree lights about 20 seconds after the ignition is
switched off. How cool is that!
