Joe Rocket Phoenix 5.0 Mesh Jacket<br />
When the going gets hot, the hot get their mesh gear.<br />
The Phoenix jacket is designed for riding comfortably<br />
in wicked hot weather. The FreeAir poly/mesh shell<br />
is an open mesh design that allows even the slightest<br />
air movement <strong>to</strong> be felt by the rider. The shoulders,<br />
elbows, and ribs are reinforced with RockTex for<br />
abrasion resistance. For impact protection you have<br />
CE-approved armor in the elbows and shoulders, and<br />
a spine pad. In addition, the jacket has built-in highdensity<br />
foam at the ribs, kidneys, and lower back.<br />
The Phoenix has two external slash pockets and an<br />
internal breast pocket. The sleeve has both Velcro<br />
adjustment and a zipper for a cus<strong>to</strong>m fit with y<strong>our</strong><br />
gloves, and take-up straps on the forearms help <strong>to</strong><br />
keep y<strong>our</strong> armor properly positioned. When you do<br />
find bad weather, zip in the waterproof—yes I said<br />
waterproof—liner <strong>to</strong> break the wind and keep the<br />
water at bay.<br />
