2. Operated and maintained the Hadnot Point North Plant for the month experiencing 12 hours of<br />
downtime. Changed the filters 11 times and performed <strong>monthly</strong> maintenance on the plant. Treated a<br />
total of 199,299 gallons of groundwater and 16,620 gallons of produced fluids from AFVR events, SVE<br />
systems and Site 54 (see detailed operating <strong>report</strong> attached) [WBS <strong>2000</strong>0000 & 20500000].<br />
3. Operation and maintenance of the air sparging/SVE units at BM 820 and TT 2477/78 was conducted<br />
under this T.O. Blower unit at TT 2477 spun a shaft and the unit was repaired onsite. Total downtime<br />
was two weeks. (See detailed operating <strong>report</strong> attached.)[WBS Codes 9100000 and 91500000]<br />
4. Conducted background sampling of soils and potable water for closure of Buildings TP 452 and TP 463.<br />

5. Continued preparation of the final design of the system expansion at TT 2477 to remediate the area of<br />
contamination associated with Building TT 2453. [WBS Code 91401000].<br />
3.0 WORK PLANNED<br />
During the month of November <strong>2000</strong>, OHM is scheduled to perform the following:<br />
1. Conduct normal operation and maintenance of the Lot 203 and North Plant systems and the operation<br />
and maintenance of the BM 820 and TT 2477/78 air sparge/SVE systems.<br />
2. Continue preparatory activities for the RCRA facility closures.<br />
3. Submit results of the activities conducted at TT 2477.<br />
