Deploying the snom ONE IP Telephone System
■ net start snomone
When the System Fails to Restart
If you get an error message when restarting the service, you may need to modify the log_filename parameter
in the pbx.xml file. The value of the log_filename parameter requires a dollar sign ($) and should be
modified if it does not contain a dollar sign; otherwise, your system’s performance will become unstable. The
following sample shows a problematic value in the log_filename field.
To change the value, open the pbx.xml file using an XML editor. Click in the text and replace it with
log-$.txt.
