it was reSolved was input incorrectly, circle the proper<br />

subcategory number (1 through 7). The computer will<br />

automatically delete the previous subcategory.<br />

2. bELETION OF A CATEGORY<br />

If a Complaint ReSolved entry was input prematurely and ydu<br />

SUbsequently discover that more mediation isnecessarYi delete<br />

the previous action by circling Subcategory "D".<br />

3. CHANGING OF A CATEGORY<br />

If a Complaint Resolved entry waS made in errOr; i.e., the<br />

entl::y should have been "Not Resolved Ii, delete the former<br />

entry by circling Complaint ReSolved SubCategory "D", arid<br />

ad~,thecorredt information by circling code #68 and its<br />

appropriate subcategory number.
