at the Concours General Agricole last year. It is<br />
produced from Chenin Blanc, Chardonnay, and<br />
Cabernet Franc grown in chalky and sandy soils. Pale<br />
yellow with greenish accents and lively bubbles, the<br />
nose is complex with notes of white flowers + dried<br />
fruits. Palette: dry + balanced, with good acidity and<br />
minerality, lots of fruit; a long finish.<br />
