Systems Engineering
It was a great year for the Year 12 systems
engineering students who made some fantastic and
innovative self-managed projects. The students had
to design, produce, test and evaluate their products.
Herman Chhokar made a quad copter that he was
able to fly. Jake Mifsud and Marc Delnegro each
made a retro arcade/jukebox had some fun play
with them. Nick Ilievski made an all-terrain mobile
helicopter. Other students in the class made various
projects with great success.

Football Club
The Burnside Height Football Club (The
Bears) will be holding an Information and
Pre-Registration Night for the 2013
season on Tuesday the 4th December for
all players aged 7 to 15. Anyone
interested in joining the Bears in 2013 is
welcome to attend the night between
7.00pm and 8.00pm at the Burnside
Heights Recreation Reserve on
Tenterfield Drive, Burnside Heights.
Committee members and Coaches will be
available for any questions you may have
about our club.

Do you have an excursion but forgotten the permission form
You can get a copy of all excursion forms from the
Copperfield College Website.
Click to the ‘News and Events’ on the top line of the website.
Select “Permissions—Delahey”
Select the excursion you want
and return completed form to you teacher.

An excursion form must be completed before students can attend an excursion.
Student Accident
Insurance
Parents / Carers are reminded
that the Department does not
provide personal accident
insurance for students. Parents
and guardians are responsible for
paying the cost of medical
treatment for injured students,
including any transport costs.
Reasonably low cost accident
insurance policies are available
from commercial insurers .
Battery World & Mobile Muster
Battery World offers the only national opportunity to recycle
responsibly by disposing dead domestic batteries at our College.
The batteries that we are recycling are: A, AA, AAA, C, D, 9V and
4V batteries, laptop batteries and camera batteries.
There will be a collection container at the Administration Office
near our Mobile Muster box.
