I also have notes that language from DOC 380.250 GENIE/KIOSK Use in Offender Supervision should be
added to this policy so that one can be rescinded. I suggest adding it under Offender/Collateral Contacts. Let
me know if you concur. .
E. KIOSK reporting may be used in the following circumstances:
1. To supplement, but not replace, in-person reporting for High and
Moderate Risk offenders and Low Risk offenders required to.register.
2. Low Risk offenders not required to register will report to KIOSK and be ..
primarily managed using GENIE/KiOSK resources. .
3. . DOSA offenders may report to KIOSK, but wilL also have weekly inperson
contact until admitted to chemical dependency treatment.
4. For enhanced reporting requirements for homeless offenders.
5. GENIE/KIOSK may be used as a supervision enhancement to monitor
legal financial payments and to assist with the scheduling and
notification of urinalysis testing requirements.
