and supplier companies that<br />
are associated with the C-130 Hercules<br />
aircraft worldwide.<br />
The C-130 Technical Coordination<br />
Group (TCG) was formed in 1987 to<br />
provide a more direct line of U.S. Air<br />
Force technical assistance to the foreign<br />
military sales (FMS) users of the C-130<br />
Hercules aircraft. The C-130 TCG<br />
currently supports thirty-two<br />
international customers with<br />
approximately 346 C-130 (B, E, H and J<br />
model) aircraft.<br />
The current members of the TCG<br />
include Argentina, Australia, Botswana,<br />
Brazil, Columbia, Ecuador, Egypt,<br />
Greece, Indonesia, Iraq, Israel, Japan,<br />
Jordan, Korea, Morocco, Netherlands,<br />
New Zealand, Nigeria, Norway, Pakistan,<br />
Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Romania,<br />
Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa,<br />
Spain, Sweden, Taiwan, Tunisia, and<br />
Turkey. The current TCG chief is Danny<br />
Fowler, who leads a staff of twenty-five.<br />

The C-130 TCG conference usually is<br />
held each year in October, in<br />
Jacksonville, Florida. This TCG<br />
Worldwide Review (WWR) is designed to<br />
provide TCG representatives of member<br />
nations with an opportunity to present<br />
their concerns and to attend briefings<br />
that relate to maintaining and sustaining<br />
their aircraft. Open meetings allow for<br />
discussions that almost always are of<br />
value and general interest to the<br />
national representatives.<br />
According to Fowler, "The WWR<br />
provides a forum for members and<br />
aerospace contractors to interface, view,<br />
and discuss the latest offerings from the<br />
industry and real world experiences of<br />
the U.S. Air Force."<br />
In addition to the WWR, TCG<br />
provides its membership with ongoing<br />
service and support. This can be as<br />
