Access: The means, ability, or permission to approach, enter, or use a resource.
Actionable: (1) Information that is directly useful to customers for immediate exploitation
without having to go through the full intelligence production process; it may address strategic
or tactical needs, support of U.S. negotiating teams, or actions dealing with such matters as
international terrorism or narcotics. (2) Intelligence and information with sufficient specificity
and detail that explicit responses to prevent a crime or terrorist attack can be implemented.
Agent: An individual who acts under the direction of an intelligence agency or security service
to obtain, or assist in obtaining, information for intelligence or counterintelligence purposes.
All-Source Intelligence: Intelligence information derived from several or all of the intelligence
disciplines including SIGINT, HUMINT, MASINT, OSINT, and GEOINT.

Analysis: The process by which people transform information into intelligence; systematic
examination in order to identify significant facts, make judgments, and draw conclusions.
