Configuring DXconsole
DXconsole can be enabled either locally or remotely.
The remote DXconsole provides the DSA administrator with a means of
managing the DSA. The access protocol is telnet. To remotely manage a DSA
using DXconsole, either log on to the machine running the DSA and open
DXconsole using the console port, or use a remote telnet connection that uses the
remote console port.

By default, DXconsole is only accessible from localhost for security reasons.
To enable DXconsole, you must define the console port in the knowledge file of
the DSA. For more information, see the section Defining DSAs in the chapter
“General Administration.”
