Expected Outputs/Results<br />

• Increased rate <strong>of</strong> exclusive breastfeeding from 53% to 70%.<br />

• Optimum breastfeeding, timely and appropriate feeding <strong>of</strong> infants and young<br />

children.<br />

• 100% Vitamin A supplementation in children 6-59 months; and 50% for post-partum<br />

women.<br />

• Household iodized salt consumption increased to 90%.<br />

• 100% monthly adequate weight gain achieved in children 0-2 years in project<br />

communities.<br />
