Elementary <strong>Education</strong><br />
Why are you interested in teaching?<br />
I became interested in teaching as a young child. Many<br />
<strong>of</strong> my favorite storybook and TV characters were<br />
teachers. They each made the career look fun and<br />
exciting. As I got older, many <strong>of</strong> my own teachers<br />
inspired me to teach. I hope to become a kind and caring<br />
person, and help others change their lives.<br />

<strong>Scholarship</strong><br />
How will receiving this scholarship benefit you?<br />
This scholarship will help to take away a lot <strong>of</strong> the<br />
financial stress that comes with college. I will be able to<br />
afford books and other classroom materials, as well as<br />
other expenses that may arise.<br />
About Cheryl<br />
Cheryl is an incoming freshman at the University <strong>of</strong><br />
Utah, having just graduated from Woods Cross High<br />
School. She has 10 siblings, is the middle child, and loves<br />
teaching little kids new things.
