Why are you interested in teaching?
I have always loved working with children. To be able to
impact a child‘s life in a positive way is an incomparable
feeling. As a teacher I will get to do this every day. I can‘t wait
to see children learn and grow in my classroom. After
finishing my degree, I hope to keep myself current in
educational research and academia.
Tell us about your experience at the U.
During my junior year at the University of Utah, I became
involved with The Children‘s Center through the service
learning Program Since then, I have enjoyed my time and
learned so much from all the preschoolers at TCC.
