Why are you interested in teaching?
I like teaching kids how to be independent, confident
learners, and seeing their hard work pay off. Being able
to help children and families on a daily basis is a very
rewarding profession. I enjoy teaching children of all
ages, especially English Language Learners. I am excited
and ready to be in the classroom applying everything I
have worked so hard to learn.
Tell us about your experience at the U.
I have had a great experience working with my
advisor. She always keeps me posted and makes sure I
feel ready and prepared. My classmates have also helped
me feel comfortable at the U, and they are always willing
to help me out if I need it.
