2. Composite rates do not apply to superintendents or any other level of supervision, as this is included in the Base Contract<br />

for the duration of the Project.<br />

3. This form represents wage rate developed for a single type of work (ie; civil, concrete, building, mechanical, electrical).<br />

4. Fringe benefits allowed on straight time only, to calculate time & one half and doubletime add<br />

fringe benefits times straight time calculated rate only.<br />

5. Labor Wage Rates above are cost only and no overheads and/or profit are to be calculated in these labor rate breakdown.<br />

6. International Union wage rates must be substantiated with local wage rates agreements attached.<br />
