GC and Sub-Summary Instructions
1. All Change Requests need to be completed per “Change Request Procedures to Prepare for Submittal" and "Change Request Instructions."
2. All material costs for major items must have a quote or invoice attached.
3. All labor rates must be accompanied by Labor Wage Breakdown sheet and / or union agreement as applicable.
4. All Owned Equipment rates must be calculated by using the Equipment Worksheet or the Equipment Watch website.
5. All Rented Equipment rates shall utilize the monthly rental rate supported by the specific and reasonable vendor quote / purchase order and attached to the change request.
6. Calculation of the Unit per Manhour, manhours divided by quantities, example #8 wire, 1,000 LF, 8 manhours, 8/1000 = .008 MHRS/LF.
7. Overhead and Profit of % includes all items identified in the General Conditions Article 3.1.2, "fee includes all overhead, profit, and operational items such as taxes, bonds, and insurance..."
