1. Adjectives signifying' pr<strong>of</strong>it, proximity, fitness,<br />

and their opposites, require the dative with the preposition<br />

2. Adjectives signifying skill or knowledge, require<br />

the dative with the preposition A^t ;<br />

; also the ablative with the preposition AT), and<br />

the article ; as, eolAC TAT) bl]j;eA6, skilled in the law.<br />

3. Adjectives and nouns, signifying a part <strong>of</strong> any<br />

thing, require be AH, or be t)A, <strong>of</strong> the^ with the<br />

ablative ; as SAC ftAi) be'r) leAbAfi, each part <strong>of</strong> the<br />

book ; ^eA|t be IJA bAoimb, one <strong>of</strong> the men. Also<br />

with the comparative and superlative ; as, AI? peA|t<br />

4. Adjectives signifying likeness, or an emotion <strong>of</strong><br />
