Looking to the Future
The range of recreational opportunities before us is rich and
diverse. Our rives, lakes, mountains and forests are an essential
part of our daily lives. They frame our vision and inspire us. We
need the healthful benefits that this bountiful natural
environment provides: clean air and water, scenic beauty,
recreation, and places to go for peace and quiet. By taking
inventory of our assets, identifying the strategies to ensure an
adequate supply of parks, open space and other facilities to satisfy
community need, now and in the future, we can ensure parks and
recreation will keep pace as Centralia and Lewis County continue
to grow.
