The Award will be made on satisfactory demonstration of learning outcomes and clear evidence of the
commitment to the learning opportunities
A reminder of the Learning Outcomes: You will need to:
1. To demonstrate an understanding of the term employability, specifically in terms of being a
global graduate.
2. To articulate how qualifying time spent abroad and intercultural activities develops your
employability skills, in particular cultural agility, a global mind-set and global knowledge.
3. To reflect critically on your performance, demonstrating your self-awareness and selfconfidence.
4. To present and articulate the development of these employability skills through a CV and
application form and to an employer panel.
5. To identify how the skills you developed during the Global Award will contribute to your lifelong
learning and continuing professional development.
