Verification Matrix<br />
• In order to gain the <strong>Cardiff</strong> <strong>Award</strong> participants must achieve a rating of 2 or above in all six skill areas.<br />
• <strong>The</strong> matrix below provides verifiers with guidelines on each rating and also clearly explains the level of attainment expected from each<br />
participant.<br />
• Self-management will be measured from your reflective accounts.<br />
• Timekeeping and general attitude towards completing the <strong>Award</strong> (throughout the year) will be taken into account if results are borderline.<br />
• If you have to resubmit, the highest result that can be obtained will be a pass.<br />
• You must pass all stages to the required standard (CV/Application Form/Reflective Account/Psychometric tests).<br />
Please note that within your reflective account, you must be able to recognise how the skills developed will contribute to your future development<br />
