such as Job Descriptions and Job Grading
began for all companies of the group, in
order to optimise the change processes and
the efficiency of the HR policy with regard to
the ongoing evolution of the organisation.
Job classification which had already been
developed for the top management and
managers of the Chemicals business
group was also implemented in the other
business groups in 2008.
