Ross Adler<br />

Non-Executive Chairman<br />

Ross has held numerous Directorships including<br />

Non-Executive Director of the Commonwealth<br />

Bank of Australia from 1991 to 2004 and<br />

Director of Telstra from 1995 to 2001. His other<br />

appointments include Chief Executive Officer<br />

of Santos Limited from 1984 to 2000 and<br />

Chairman of AUSTRADE from 2001 to 2006.<br />

Ross is currently Executive Chairman of Amtrade<br />

International Pty Ltd and holds a Bachelor<br />

of Commerce from Melbourne University as<br />

well as an MBA from Columbia University.<br />

Barry Alty<br />

Non-Executive Director<br />

Barry has over 46 years’ experience in the<br />

retail industry. He has worked with a number<br />

of leading retailers including Woolworths and<br />

Foodland. His senior management roles include<br />

Managing Director for Foodland in 1994 and<br />

General Manager for Queensland Independent<br />

Wholesalers in 1987. Barry has also held<br />

various other industry consulting appointments<br />

in Queensland and Papua New Guinea.<br />

Grant Bourke<br />

Non-Executive Director<br />

Grant joined Domino’s <strong>Pizza</strong> in 1993 as a<br />

franchisee and in 2001 sold his eight stores<br />

to Domino’s <strong>Pizza</strong>. In 2001, Grant became a<br />

Director for Domino’s <strong>Pizza</strong> and from 2001 to<br />

2004 he managed the Company’s Corporate<br />

Store Operations. In July 2006, Grant was<br />

appointed Managing Director, Europe. Grant has<br />

been a Non-Executive Director since September<br />

2007. Grant holds a Bachelor of Science (Food<br />

Technology) from the University of NSW and<br />

an MBA from The University of Newcastle.<br />

Paul Cave<br />

Non-Executive Director<br />

Paul is the Chairman and Founder of<br />

BridgeClimb, which he started in 1998. Paul<br />

and the BridgeClimb business have been<br />

highly recognised by the tourism and business<br />

community in Australia. Made a Member of<br />

the Order of Australia, in the Queen’s Birthday<br />

Honours 2010, for his services to the tourism<br />

industry. Awarded the National Entrepreneur<br />

of the Year (Business Award) in 2001, and the<br />

Australian Export Heroes Award in 2002-03.<br />

Worked in marketing and general management<br />

roles for B&D Roll-A-Door and also founded<br />

the Amber Group in 1974, which he sold in<br />

1996. Director of Chris O’Brien Lifehouse<br />

at RPA, and founding Director of InterRisk<br />

Australia Pty Ltd. Paul holds a Bachelor of<br />

Commerce from the University of NSW.<br />

Don Meij<br />

Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director<br />

Don started as a delivery driver in 1987 and<br />

held various management positions with Silvio’s<br />

Dial-a-<strong>Pizza</strong> and Domino’s <strong>Pizza</strong> until 1996.<br />

Don then became a Domino’s <strong>Pizza</strong> franchisee,<br />

owning and operating 17 stores before selling<br />

them to Domino’s <strong>Pizza</strong> in 2001. At that time,<br />

Don became Chief Operating Officer and<br />

Chief Executive Officer / Managing Director<br />

in 2002. Don was Ernst & Young’s Australian<br />

Young Entrepreneur of the Year in 2004.<br />
