ingredients<br />
Domino’s product development team is working<br />
closely with suppliers to improve the health of key<br />
ingredients. By improving the quality of its bakery<br />
and meat products, Domino’s will be able to<br />
lower the sodium and fat in products such as ham,<br />
pepperoni and shoarma meat.<br />
AN introduction to<br />
artisan<br />
In <strong>2012</strong>, we also introduced a new<br />
range of Artisan pizzas into stores<br />
across The Netherlands. These<br />
unique rectangle-shaped pizzas were<br />
developed with premium quality<br />
ingredients to create two flavours.<br />
The Pollo Pomodoro is topped with<br />
tomato sauce, mozzarella, fresh<br />
spinach, chicken, red onion and sundried<br />
tomatoes and the Tricolore is a<br />
fresh new pizza with a crème fraiche<br />
base topped with mozzarella, goats<br />
cheese, fresh spinach, red onion, green<br />
olives and sundried tomatoes.<br />
Both have a fresh basil drizzle as a<br />
finishing touch and are served with<br />
spicy oil for extra bite. We plan<br />
on introducing more Artisan<br />
flavours in the next 12 months.<br />
