Działalność i oferta Klastra Realizacja projektu Impuls Szkoleniowy – Wsparcie w zakresie Tworzenia Sieci Współpracy w Sektorze Szkoleniowym na rzecz Innowacyjności w Regionie Lubuskim wykazała, iż w województwie <strong>lubuskim</strong> istnieje potrzeba rozwoju innowacyjnej gospodarki opartej na wiedzy, poprzez rozwijanie istniejących zasobów i ich kompetencji. Kluczem do sukcesu jest tworzenie kooperacji edukacji i biznesu, integracja przedsiębiorców i sektora edukacji, co pozwala na wykorzystywanie najnowocześniejszych technologii w gospodarce oraz kształcenie specjalistów spełniających oczekiwania rynku pracy. Przedsiębiorcy, dzięki współpracy, otrzymują pomoc we wdrażaniu innowacyjnych rozwiązań teleinformatycznych, przez co mogą rozwijać swój potencjał, umacniać swoją pozycję, a także konkurować z firmami na rynkach krajowych oraz zagranicznych. Do głównych celów Klastra w początkowej fazie funkcjonowania, należało podjęcie kroków, które przełamią barierę braku zaufania partnerów oraz braku świadomości korzyści, jakie może podmiotom zaoferować współpraca. Główne zadania przewidziane w Liście Intencyjnym Lubuskiego Klastra Szkoleniowo – Doradczego na rzecz Produktu Regionalnego obejmują: • Tworzenie sieci współpracy i wsparcia, • Promocję innowacji i nowych technologii, • Tworzenie marki obszaru działania Klastra i wspólnych produktów i usług, • Pomoc w prowadzeniu biznesu w tym, m.in.: w ułatwianiu ochrony prawnej prowadzonych przedsięwzięć, opracowywaniu zasad tworzenia biznesplanów i SWOT, Activities and offer of the Cluster The execution of the project Training Impulse – Support with regard to Creation of the Network of Cooperation in the Training Sector for Innovation in the Lubuskie Region has proved that in the Lubuskie Province there is a need to develop an innovative, knowledge-based economy, through development of existing resources and their competences. The key to success is to create cooperation of education and business, integrate entrepreneurs and the educational sector, which allows using the newest technologies in the economy and training specialists who meet requirements of the labor market. Entrepreneurs, as a result of cooperation, receive assistance in implementing innovative data communication solutions, thanks to which they may develop their potential, strengthen their position, as well as compete with companies on national and foreign markets. The main goals of the Cluster in the initial phase of functioning included undertaking steps that would break the barrier of the lack of trust between partners as well as of the lack of awareness of benefits which may be derived by entities from cooperation. The main tasks listed in the Letter of Intent of the Lubuskie Training – Consulting Cluster for the Regional Product include: • Creating a network of cooperation and support, • Promoting innovations and new technologies, • Creating the brand of the area of the Cluster activities and joint products and services, • Assistance in conducting business, including, among others: facilitated legal protection of conducted projects, preparing the principles for creation of business plans and SWOT analyses, Spotkanie robocze uczestników klastra / The working meeting of the Cluster participants 32
Spotkanie robocze / Working meeting Szkolenie członków klastra / Training for the cluster members • Budowę świadomości przedsiębiorców, szkolenia dla osób zarządzających i pracowników, • Tworzenie zachęt dla napływu inwestycji i inkubacja przedsiębiorstw, • Promowanie rozwoju firm - członków Klastra, • Dyfuzję nowych technologii, • Wspieranie inicjatyw związanych z rozwojem infrastruktury służącej potrzebom członków, • Pomoc w pozyskiwaniu funduszy UE, • Określanie standardów technicznych i jakościowych działalności, • Wsparcie metodyczne dla członków Klastra w tworzeniu modułowych programów szkoleniowych na rzecz lubuskiego rynku pracy, • Pomoc w opracowaniu dokumentacji przetargowej, w oparciu o procedury prawa zamówień publicznych, • Stworzenie oraz promocja wspólnej oferty szkoleniowej i doradczej członków Klastra. • Building awareness of entrepreneurs, trainings for executives and employees, • Creating the incentives for inflow of investments and incubation of companies, • Promoting development of companies - the Cluster members, • Diffusing new technologies, • Supporting initiatives related to the development of the infrastructure serving the members’ needs, • Assistance in obtaining the EU funds, • Determining technical and qualitative standards of activities, • Methodical supporting members of the Cluster in creation of modular training curricula for the Lubuskie labor market, • Assisting in preparing tender documentation based on procedures of the public procurement law, • Developing and promoting a joint training and consulting offer of the Cluster members. 33
