3 INSTALLATION
WARNING:
INSTALLATION MUST BE CARRIED OUT BY
SKILLED PERSONNEL.
Note:
Make sure that the machine, in its final position, has
adequate space. You will need room to feed, receive and
trim images.
3.1 Unpacking
At delivery, the machine is packed in a plastic bag to avoid
moisture penetration. It is transported in a carton box and is
fastened onto a wooden pallet.
Note:
To unpack the machine at least 2 persons are needed.
The machine is equipped with castors that allow easy
movement.
Place the pallet in a space where there is enough room to roll
off the machine from the pallet (approx. 3x the length).
To unpack, follow the steps below (refer to Figure 6);
1. Cut the straps and lift off the carton box.
2. Remove the plastic bag.
3. Remove the four securing bolts (1).
4. Turn down the four leveling feet (2) to lift the machine.
5. Remove the wooden blocks (3).

WARNING:
ROLL OFF THE MACHINE ON THE SHORT
SIDE OF THE PALLET. ON THE LONG SIDE IT
WILL BECOME TOP-HEAVY AND FALL OVER.
6. Place the two ramps (4) to the pallet so that the castors (5)
will run clear from the edge.
7. Unscrew and turn the support block (6) 90° to make room
for the machine to pass by.
8. Turn up the four leveling feet (2) to put the machine on its
castors (5).
9. Roll off the machine from the pallet using the ramps and
put the machine in its final place.
WARNING:
DANGER OFF GETTING CAUGHT UNDER THE
MACHINE. ROLL OFF THE MACHINE BY 2
PERSONS. IT IS HEAVY AND CAN NOT BE
CONTROLLED ALONE.
Note:
Save all packing material for future moving over large
distance or discard of according to local regulations.
