Got A Minute/Tiene Un Minuto Customer Survey<br />
A customer satisfaction survey existed, but it was not being used with any frequency<br />
or consistency. Some data had been collected, but <strong>the</strong>re was no process <strong>for</strong><br />
reviewing <strong>the</strong> data or <strong>for</strong> implementing suggested improvements. The Quality<br />
Council created a new survey, developed a process <strong>for</strong> distribution and collection and<br />
bi-monthly reviews <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> data. Suggestions <strong>for</strong> improvement are <strong>the</strong>n discussed and<br />
task lists generated. Surveys are located strategically around <strong>the</strong> <strong>of</strong>fice and all<br />
partners have surveys in both English and Spanish at <strong>the</strong>ir desks. Customers also<br />
have <strong>the</strong> option to request follow-up contact by a WorkSource staff person.<br />
<strong>Results</strong><br />
! Resource Center equipment was relocated to provide greater convenience.<br />
! Improvements were made to material displays.<br />
! Space was provided <strong>for</strong> a children's play area.<br />
! Employee awareness <strong>of</strong> customer service issues have increased.<br />
