residents only. When funding allows, may assist other North End residents.<br />

DSHS has programs to help people with financial assistance, food benefits, medical coupons, some funeral expenses<br />
if family is on public assistance, employment training, and developmental disabilities funding, tenant support and<br />
more. Participant must submit an application and then will be called for an eligibility review.<br />
