Hours: Monday-Friday 8-5<br />

Provides low-cost homes, throughout the county, to be rented by developmentally/physically disabled or elderly<br />

adults. Anyone 18 years or older, elderly or disabled can apply. Successful applicants placed onto a waiting list.<br />

AGAPE UNLIMITED/ Syphus II Housing<br />

Hours: Monday-Thursday 9-5, Friday 9-1 by appointment only.<br />

State funded Transitional Housing Facility that provides a sober living environment for single men or women and<br />

their children while participating in treatment. They must be in treatment, either with them or another agency. They<br />

can be pregnant or parenting a child under the age of 13 or have CPS involvement. They must have funding or be<br />

eligible for funding from the state (SSI, TANF, GAU, ADATSA) or working. Clients do pay rent.<br />

Housing for all low-income persons and families who qualify. Income guidelines are used to determine eligibility.<br />

Placement in housing is not immediate. Qualified applicants placed onto a waiting list. Participant has to obtain an<br />

application. Applications available at the Bremerton Housing Authority and other community agencies.<br />

A group residential facility, with enriched supportive services, serving chronic and low-income homeless men in<br />

<strong>Kitsap</strong> County.<br />

BREMERTON PROBATION DEPARTMENT<br />

Hours: Monday-Thursday 10:30-4pm, Friday 10:30-3:30<br />

The probation department works with people sentenced to probation by the court. They help arrange drug or<br />

alcohol assessment if needed. They also assist with finding halfway-house lodging or just lodging. Their focus is to<br />

assist the individual in order to stay on track and out of old patterns that lead to law violations.<br />

Hours: 24 Hours<br />

This is transitional housing for mental health clients recently released from in-patient hospitalization and are<br />

returning to the community and still need 24 hour care: socialization skills, living skills and associated issues.<br />
