TRANSPORTATION INFORMATION & ASSISTANCE DRIVE PROGRAM – KCR – EMPLOYMENT & TRAINING Bremerton: 845 8 th Street/ Port Orchard: 1211 Bay Street Bremerton: (360) 473-2117/Port Orchard: (360) 473-2144 Website: www.kcr.org The DRIVE Program is set-up to assist low-income individuals that have a suspended driver’s license due to unpaid tickets. The program works with the individual to create a payment plan, based off of income, that is easy and manageable so the unpaid tickets can ultimately be paid off. Additionally, participation in the DRIVE Program allows individuals to get their licenses back, as long as the scheduled monthly payments are made.
