Air Lifeline is a national non-profit charitable organization of over 1,000 private pilots who fly ambulatory patients
who cannot afford the cost of travel to medical facilities for diagnosis and treatment. Our pilots donate their time,
aircraft and fuel to make this air transportation service totally free of charge for patients who qualify.

Helps improve the health of people affected by or at risk for heart and lung disease through rehabilitation, education
and prevention. A nurse practitioner or physician must refer person. CAPRI will assist with a referral.

Provides referrals and treatment for childhood psychological problems. Appropriate referrals are: Attention Deficit
Disorder, behavior problems, depression, suicidal, socially withdrawn, conduct disorders, physical and sexual abuse,
family crisis intervention, anxiety disorders, learning and school-related difficulties. They provide assessment
testing and behavioral management assistance as well. Call for more information. Sliding scale fees.

There are 8 medical facilities and 3 Dental facilities. Participant needs to call to find out where to go for full service
medical/dental facilities that serves people with or without insurance and/or who are low-income. No county
restrictions. Sliding fee scale, call for appointment.
