Air Lifeline is a national non-profit charitable organization of over 1,000 private pilots who fly ambulatory patients<br />
who cannot afford the cost of travel to medical facilities for diagnosis and treatment. Our pilots donate their time,<br />
aircraft and fuel to make this air transportation service totally free of charge for patients who qualify.<br />

Helps improve the health of people affected by or at risk for heart and lung disease through rehabilitation, education<br />
and prevention. A nurse practitioner or physician must refer person. CAPRI will assist with a referral.<br />

Provides referrals and treatment for childhood psychological problems. Appropriate referrals are: Attention Deficit<br />
Disorder, behavior problems, depression, suicidal, socially withdrawn, conduct disorders, physical and sexual abuse,<br />
family crisis intervention, anxiety disorders, learning and school-related difficulties. They provide assessment<br />
testing and behavioral management assistance as well. Call for more information. Sliding scale fees.<br />
