For persons with physical, sensory, and/or emotional disability or long term illness which has created a barrier to<br />

employment. Services include but are not limited to assessment of limitations, testing, goal setting, community-based<br />

OJT, job coaching, job development and training. Participant may be placed onto a waiting list.<br />

The aim of Easter Seals is increasing independent living skills of persons with disabilities. They have programs that<br />

include the loaning of computers and they have a list of low cost medical equipment that can be rented. They have a<br />

dental access program for low-income disabled persons.<br />

A program for children birth to 3, who have learning difficulties. Pediatric therapy and vocational training for the<br />

developmentally disabled. Also has an Infant Toddler Program family centered, interdisciplinary. Early intervention<br />

service for young children with special needs. Parents can call with questions about their child’s development and<br />

can call for a screening. If after the screening the parent still has some concerns, a recommendation will be made for<br />

some services. Parents will not be turned away if they have no way to pay.<br />

This agency provides residential care, treatment and training for autistic or mentally disabled clients who exhibit<br />

chronic to severe behavioral problems and who have chronic emotional disorders. Residents should be ambulatory.<br />
