If you are in a school setting or other learning environment,<br />
the following <strong>Blueprint</strong> phases may be applied, with care, in<br />
the following ways:<br />
Phase III – Students in Senior/Post-compulsory School or its<br />
equivalent<br />
Phase IV – Adults<br />
OR, consider how much intentional career development<br />
learning your target group has had in the past as a guide to<br />
selecting the appropriate phase:<br />
• no previous participation in career development<br />
activities – consider using Phase I<br />
• a small amount <strong>of</strong> previous exposure to career<br />
development activities – consider using Phase II<br />
• a moderate amount <strong>of</strong> previous exposure to career<br />
development activities – consider using Phase III<br />
• a substantial amount <strong>of</strong> previous participation in<br />
career development activities – consider using<br />
