Certificates <strong>of</strong> Appreciation were prepared for BETTER ROADS, RURAL AND URBAN ROADS,<br />
and PUBLIC WORKS magazines for “Outstanding technical and industry journalism, progressive<br />
editorial policy and comprehensive coverage <strong>of</strong> subjects <strong>of</strong> current interest to County Engineers.<br />
<strong>NACE</strong> accepted an <strong>of</strong>fer from Better Roads magazine publisher Bill Dannhausen to put the <strong>NACE</strong><br />
membership roster on their computer and to provide us with printouts, mailing labels, etc. at cost.<br />
County Commissioner Arch Lamb, Lubbock County, Texas, installed the newly elected <strong>NACE</strong><br />
