A.6 Rücklaufsperren Backstops Allgemein Rücklaufsperren werden zum Schutz von Anlagen vor Rückwärtslauf der Getriebemotoren eingesetzt. Die Bauart RS/BF ist wie auf folgendem Bild dargestellt auf der B- Seite des Motors unter einer verlängerten Lüfterhaube eingebaut. Die Verlängerung des Motors ist aus der Tabelle zu entnehmen. Die Bauart KK wird bei kleineren Motoren anstelle des B-Lagers in das Lagerschild eingebaut. Die Länge des Motors ändert sich nicht. Bei der Bestellung muß die Drehrichtung des Getriebemotors angegeben werden. As shown below, the type RS/BF is positioned on the B-side of the motor, under a longer cowl. The additional motor length is stated in the following table. For smaller motors, backstops of type KK are used, which are integrated in the endshield instead of the bearing on the B-side of the motor. This does not lead to any modification of the motor length. When ordering the required direction of rotation is to be specified. A.7 Fremdlüfter Separate Cooling Fans Allgemein Motoren können auf Wunsch mit einem Fremdlüfter ausgerüstet werden. Für netzbetriebene Motoren im Dauerbetrieb wird normalerweise kein Fremdlüfter benötigt. BOCKWOLDT empfiehlt bei folgenden Anwendungen einen Fremdlüfter : � Antriebe mit hoher Schalthäufigkeit � Antriebe mit Zusatzschwungmasse (schwere Lüfter) � Umrichterantriebe ab einer Frequenz < 20 Hz � Umrichterantriebe, die auch bei kleinen Drehzahlen oder sogar im Stillstand Nenndrehmoment erzeugen sollen Der Fremdlüfter ist in eine verlängerte Lüfterhaube eingebaut. Die Gesamtlänge des Getriebemotors vergrößert sich um das Maß aus nachstehender Tabelle. Der Fremdlüfter muß unabhängig vom Motor angeschlossen sein. Außerdem empfehlen wir, den Motor mit Kaltleitern auszurüsten, um ihn bei einem Ausfall des Fremdlüfters zu schützen. [ mm ] BOCKWOLDT In General On request, we can supply motors equipped with separate cooling fans. Usually, mains operated motors in continuous duty do not need any extraneous ventilation. BOCKWOLDT recommends separate cooling fans for the following applications : � Drives with a high switching frequency � Drives with additional centrifugal mass (heavy cooling fans) � Units with integrated frequency inverters, with frequencies of < 20 Hz � Such units with integrated frequency inverters which are destined for generating rated torques at low speeds or even in standstill The separate cooling fan is incorporated into the fan cowl of the motor. This leads to an additional length of the Geared Motor acc. to the following table. The cooling fan needs its own connection, independently of the motor.
