Allaahumma innee a’oothu bika min munkaraatil akhlaaqi wal a’maali wal ahwaa-­‐i wal adwaa’. “O Allah! I seek refuge in You from undesirable manners, deeds, and aspirations and ailments.” (At-Tirmidhi, 3519) Allaahumma innee a’oothu bika minal hammi wal Hazni wa dhala’id-­‐dayni wa ghalabatir-­‐rijaal. “O Allah! I seek refuge with You from worry and grief, from being heavily in debt and from being overpowered by (other) men.” (Abu Dawud, 1541) Al-Isti’athaatAllaahumma innee a’oothu bika min soo-­‐il ‘Umur. “O Allah!
