Precious Remembrance [11232012] - AlHuda Sisters

Ibn `Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Prophet said, "He who visits a sick person who is not on the point of death and supplicates seven times: As-­‐alullaahal ‘aDHeema rabbal ‘arshil aDHeemi an yashfi-­‐yak. “I beseech Allah the Great, the Rubb of the Great Throne, to heal you.” Allah will certainly heal him from that sickness.” (Abu Dawud, At-Tirmidhi) Some more supplications for protection and healing:A’oothu bikalimaatillahit-­‐taam-­‐maati min ghadhabihi wa ‘iqaabihi wamin sharri ‘ibaadihee wamin hamazaatish-­‐shayaaTeeni wa-­‐an yaHdhuroon. Ar-Ruqyah Ash-Shara’iyah“I seek refuge with the complete words of Allah from His anger and His punishment and the evil of His slaves, and from the evil suggestions of the shayatin and from their being present (at death).” (At-Tirmidhi, 3528) A’oothu bikalimaatillahit-­‐taam-­‐maati min sharri maa khalaq. - 84 -
