Generation 7 (con't)Omar's father died when he was young. He grew up in the Emerson, Missouri are. He went toteacher's college in La Grange, Missouri, getting his BS and Masters degree there. He went to theUniversity of Missouri Medical School. With additional training at Cornell in New York adn at theRush Medical College at the University of Chicago he obtained an MD and PhD. He taughtmedical pharmacology at Cornell University and then joined his brother Wilbur in a medical practicein Colorado Springs, Colorado. He moved to Eugene, Oregon in 1911 where he was an eye, ear,nose and throat specialist until he retired in the early 1950s.Notes for Anna Elizabeth Wright:Anna was from Norborne, Missouri.
