InNicole’s first meet of the indoor season, sheran her personal-best time (7.91) in the 60mdash at the Clemson Opener. Her best indoor200 time came at the Rod McCravyMemorial (25.20) for 16 th place. Nicolecontinued to impress during the outdoorseason. Her best time in the 100 came at the49er Classic (12.10). Nicole ran the 200 in24.69 at the Yellow Jacket Invitational. Shealso took part in field events including thelong jump and triple jump. Her best longjump attempt was 17’9.75” at the NiswongerFoundation Invitational. She also soared animpressive 26’6.25” in the triple jump at the RodMcCravy Memorial.Prep: Nicole attended Riverdale High Schoolwhere she helped her team to the 2004 state trackchampionship. She set school records in the triplejump and the 200 meters, and also was part of a 4x 400 meter relay that set a record. Nicole alsostarred in the classroom, graduating 5th in herclass with a 4.05 GPA.Personal: Nicole was born on September 1, 1986,in Pittsburgh. She set a personalbesttime of 25.94 at the UGA Invitational.LaDrica also ran the 400m dash, garnering aseventh place finish at the UGA Invitationalwith a time of 57.80. LaDrica lent herself tothe 4x400m relay team. The team crossed theline in 3:43.90 at the Penn Relays for its besttime of the season. LaDrica’s grades earnedher a spot on the Athletic Director’s HonorRoll in the fall and spring. She received aCommissioner’s Academic Award from theCAA for her hard work.2004-05: LaDrica ran outdoor track during herfreshman year at <strong>Georgia</strong> <strong>State</strong>. She finishedeleventh in the 400 meters at the conferencechampionship meet in a time of 58.58, andran her season-best time of58.19 the following meet at theSpec Towns Invitational.LaDrica also competed in the200-meter dash in 2005,clocking a time of 26.37 at the<strong>Georgia</strong> Tech Invitational.LaDrica earned All-Conferencehonors as a member of the4x400m relay team.Prep: Ladrica was the 400-meter state champion as ajunior in 2003.
