In this study, tumour growth fraction has been evaluated in a largeseries <strong>of</strong> operable invasive breast carcinoma and compared with clinicopathologicalvariables <strong>of</strong> known clinical importance.Immunohistochemical expression <strong>of</strong> MIB1 was used to study the growthfraction <strong>of</strong> 921 lymph node negative operable invasive breast carcinomas,(median follow-up <strong>of</strong> 126 month).
