If you arrivemid-morning or later, go directly to HuronFlats or Althouse. Please do not sit and waitlonger than a few minutes for a space to openup. There is adequate space elsewhere, and itis much better use <strong>of</strong> your valuable time to godirectly there. If you have questions or needdirections to available lots, ask at the WelcomeCentre.During the summer months (May-August),undergraduate (green) permit holders haveaccess to all green zone lots as well as thefollowing grey zone lots; South Valley, Springett,Elborn and Visual Arts.How do I Reserve anUndergraduate Parking Permit forthe <strong>Academic</strong> Year?InternetThe most convenient way to obtain yourparking permit is to use our internet form:www.uwo.ca/parking/application_prereq.html. Follow the instructions on the application.This section is secured and therefore payment isrequired in order to guarantee your permit.In PersonThe parking <strong>of</strong>fice will gladly process yourapplication in person. We are located in Room4150, Support Services Building. Be preparedfor long line-ups during Orientation Week.Please Note:Permits requested during the spring/summer months for the academic year (1September - 30 August) will be processedduring the summer and will be availablefor you to pickup in Room 4150, SupportServices Building after July 15.Parking space at the <strong>University</strong> islimited. Visitors and invitedguests should be directed to one <strong>of</strong> ouravailable visitor facilities, visitor attendedlots, meters, or pay and display meteredareas.The <strong>University</strong> is a large, activeand complex place. Parking location,availability and function may be obtainedat the Information Centers located at theRichmond and <strong>Western</strong> Road entrances tocampus. Information kiosks are attendedby student staff (Monday to Friday, 8am -4pm) who are equipped with campus mapsand are happy to assist visitors to reachtheir destinations. All parking on campusis restricted to lots/spaces that have beenmarked and/or signed for such purpose.
